Every ProteKnee comes with a flat 5-year limited warranty from date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. No registration and no review required.

| Warranty or defect | We pay. We send a prepaid return label through the platform you bought on (for example, eBay's return request), and ship your replacement at our cost. |
| Changed your mind | Buyer pays return shipping, including pads that have been used. |
How to start a claim
- Bought on eBay? Open a return from your eBay order (Purchase history → Return this item), or message us there.
- Or call (810) 666-1565 or email sales@protechthoist.com with a photo of the problem.
- We send the label and the replacement. A review is never required.
